Michael Schwed earns the unofficial award for consistency - his difference
in distance for the two Hour Racewalks was only 5 meters. Dennis Clune
showed the most improvement - he increased his distance by over two laps
from the first hour walk. First time Hour Racewalk participant Kimberly
Parillo (11 years old) walked with father Bob, another first timer. To
complete the family affair, Kimberly's sister Emily (9 years old) recorded
the laps with mother Therese. John Gersh improved on his 1999 distance
of 9081 meters as did Terry Hamilton (7489 meters in 1999).
