If you're a member of one of the supporting clubs, please say so in your message, and please look for a point covered by your club, even if your club hasn't confirmed yet.

The ARRIVE times are 10 minutes before the first runner goes by, assuming a 5:30 per mile pace.
The DEPART times are 15 minutes after the last runner goes by, assuming a 12-minute pace.
Note that runners go by every point twice, out'n'back; they go by some points FOUR times.
Hence the four columns. You'll see them coming and going!

You won't necessarily be assigned to the point you select,
as we need to balance the load so every point is covered.
We will confirm all volunteer positions by filling in the blanks on this page,
then e-mailing and calling you with more information in early April.
