On November 30, 2007, USATF Masters Track & Field Committee awarded the 2009 USA Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships to Potomac Valley Track Club (PVTC).

PVTC proposed to conduct the 2009 USA Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships at Prince George's Sports and Learning Center on the weekend of Friday, March 20, 2009 – Sunday, March 22, 2009.

Now PVTC is collecting names and contacts for certified USATF officials who would be willing to officiate March 20-22, 2009. Officials can come both from Potomac Valley Association and from other associations.

The meet will provide meals and other amenities to its officials.

Athletes at USA Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships often set American and World track & field records, so these meets are exciting and historic, but they require efficient work by many officials.
